Food Diary Week 2

The end of week 2 and once again I have not been hungry and am enjoying the flavours of real food.  A further 1 pound has been lost. The calorie intake is not lower than on my previous calorie counting diets so perhaps there is something in the concept of giving your body a surprise now and then.

    1. You need to discover cacao. At least you feel half good if you eat something made of raw chocolate:)
